You'll join us at a crucial stage of accelerated development for the company, product, and team. As part of a small, highly collaborative group, you'll be a key driver of vital projects - operating with a high degree of autonomy, building and extending multiple foundational systems, and crafting performant, reliable, and maintainable solutions to challenging technical and product problems.\nWhat you'll do\nBuild and extend foundational systems across the full stack, from backend services to frontend interfaces\n\nTake end-to-end ownership of projects, from product and architectural decisions through to deployment, monitoring, and measuring user impact\n\nWork autonomously to drive projects forward while collaborating closely with a lean, high-trust team on challenging problems\n\nTackle complex domains at massive scale using simple, well-crafted solutions\n\nTake initiative, be proactive in problem-solving, and continuously seek improvements across the codebase and product\n\nWho we're looking for\nYou've seen and built a lot.
