All the teams at Encore work toward a common goal; to make the customer experience with Encore a memorable one!\nSome details about the Product Specialist role\nAs a Product Specialist, you are an important part in the cycle of our auctions. You will work quickly and diligently to add a balanced number of items to our weekly auctions; after all, they say variety is the spice of life. By unpacking, inspecting and completing thorough Condition Reports and enhancing those items with detailed photos of each item, you will ensure accuracy and timely cataloging of a very wide range of small, medium and oversized items.\nWho we are looking for in this role…\nCataloguing items is your goal as you sort, unpack, inspect, photograph and complete a condition report for each lot (item). You will report crucial details like missing pieces, working condition (i.e. power), brand new, slight evidence of usage, adjusted quantity, etc. The goal is no surprises for our bidders. Based on employee productivity and the ability to maintain higher productivity, Product Specialist have to ability to earn $22 and $25 per hour.\nAfter three months of continuous employment, you will be eligible to enroll with our Group Benefit plan through Manulife- we offer Single or Family coverage with Dental and Vision care included and the employer pays 50% of your premiums.
