You will lead product redesign, cost optimization, and portfolio expansion initiatives while collaborating closely with OEMs and suppliers to deliver competitive, high-quality aftermarket solutions.\nResponsibilities:\nProduct Engineering & Supplier Development\nDrive the expansion of automotive aftermarket product portfolios across multiple product categories\nLead redesign, rethink, and value engineering activities to improve product competitiveness\nCollaborate with suppliers and OEM engineering teams to optimize product specifications, quality, and performance while achieving cost targets\nAssess technical feasibility, manufacturability, quality, and performance impacts\nCoordinate product validation, testing, and approval activities with OEMs and suppliers\nEnsure implementation of approved specifications during industrialization and production\nSupport quality issue resolution and warranty and claims management throughout the product lifecycle\nProject ManagementLead redesign and rethink projects from concept through industrialization and market launch\nDefine project scope, milestones, deliverables, and resource requirements\nCoordinate alignment across commercial, technical, quality and operational stakeholders\nMonitor project progress, proactively identify risks, and ensure timely escalation where required\nPrepare management updates, project reports, and decision materials\nRelationship & Stakeholder ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with OEM customers, suppliers, and business partners \nAct as the primary technical interface between OEMs, suppliers, and internal teams\nFacilitate alignment and decision-making across internal and external team\nYour profile\nUniversity degree in engineering, automotive engineering, industrial engineering, business administration, or a related discipline\n8+ years of experience in product development, supplier development, engineering, project management, or related automotive functions\nStrong understanding of component engineering and manufacturing, including product redesign, value engineering, and specification optimization to achieve cost competitiveness while meeting performance and quality requirements\nExperience working with automotive OEMs, tier-1 suppliers, engineering service providers, or aftermarket businesses\nProven track record of structuring and managing complex cross-functional B2B projects involving multiple stakeholders \nEntrepreneurial mindset and willingness to take responsibility\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills \nExcellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills \nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment\nWillingness to travel domestically and internationally as required\nHigh commitment to quality, integrity, and transparency\nProficient in MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)\nFluent in Chinese and English;
