Dabei konzipierst Du neue Produktfeatures und sorgst dafür, dass bestehende Komponenten noch besser werden.\n\nAgile Produktentwicklung: In unserem agilen Team arbeiten wir nach dem Product Operation Model (POM). Du bringst dabei eigene Ideen ein und gestaltest unseren Entwicklungsprozess aktiv mit.\n\nSpannende Integrationen: Du arbeitest an Schnittstellen und Services, die unsere Anwendungen zuverlässig mit externen Systemen verbinden.\n\nTeamplay: Wir arbeiten eng zusammen, unterstützen uns gegenseitig und feiern Erfolge gemeinsam als Team.\n\nDas bringst Du mit:\nDu bringst mindestens zwei Jahre professionelle Entwicklungserfahrung mit und kennst Dich mit unserem Tech-Stack (Java, Spring, React) aus.\n\nDu hast bereits Erfahrung in größeren Softwareprojekten gesammelt - optimalerweise im agilen Umfeld oder im POM-Umfeld.\n\nDu arbeitest gerne im Team, teilst Dein Wissen und holst Dir ebenso gerne Feedback ein.\n\nDu siehst KI als Unterstützung, statt Konkurrenz und kannst im besten Fall schon auf erste eigene Entwicklungserfahrungen mit KI zurückgreifen.\n\nIm Alltag duzen wir uns und sprechen Deutsch.
