The Commercial Operations Specialist provides operational and financial support to the Regional Head of Healthcare -Americas, acting as their right hand. The role helps the Head maintain visibility across client accounts, financial performance, delivery risks, and operational priorities. Working closely with account leaders, project teams, finance partner, and support teams across the Americas and India, the Regional Operations Manager organizes information, coordinates follow-up, and supports consistent adoption of company processes.
