The interns will support day-to-day coordination, documentation, reporting, and data-management activities while gaining hands-on experience with HR processes and systems.\nKey responsibilities:\nMaintain and update HR Systems, employee records, and reports.\nSupport employee-related operational activities.\nHelp review employee or candidate information for completeness and accuracy.\nCoordinate with HR team members and follow up on pending information or actions.\nAssist with preparing documents, process guides, and other HR materials.\nHandle employee and candidate information responsibly and confidentially.\nSupport the team with additional operational tasks as required.\nSupport HR colleagues with ongoing projects and initiatives, including project coordination, tracking progress, preparing updates, and following up on action items.\n\nCollaborate with colleagues across different HR teams, contributing to process improvements, operational efficiency, and employee experience initiatives.\n\nAssist with research, data collection, and analysis to support HR projects and decision-making.\n\nSkills and qualities:\nGood working knowledge of MS Excel, including basic formulas, formatting, and maintaining trackers.\nClear verbal and written communication skills.\nGood organisational skills and attention to detail.\nResponsible approach to handling data and maintaining confidentiality.\nEagerness to learn, take feedback, and work collaboratively.\nIdeal candidate:\nA proactive fresher who is dependable, organised, comfortable working with data, and interested in building practical experience in HR operations.\n MBA in Human Resources or MBA in Information Systems\n At Endava, we’re committed to creating an open, inclusive, and respectful environment where everyone feels safe, valued, and empowered to be their best.
