Should be able to encompass many different aspects of IAM-Specifically around Client's SSO Platform\nExpert Proficiency in PingFederateUnderstand legacy Java-based custom adapters using Java/J2EE\nPingFed Components and flow\nComplex integrations\nCustom PCVs, data stores\n\nGood proficiency in PingOnePingOne SSO\nDaVinci\nPingOne MFA\n\nM365 SSO Integration and knowledge of EntraID for SSO integrations\nAbility to manage on-premise, hybrid and cloud environments\nGoogle and IaaCGKE, Terraform, helm charts, Git, Jenkins, containerization\n\nScripting and automation using python, powershell etc.,\nMigration experience from PingFederate to PingOne\nIndependently support and handle production issues\nProvide Production support on rotational basis\nOperationally\nDay-to-day Intakes and Incidents\nCertificate Management improvements\nImprove logging, monitoring and potential dashboard\nExpand the PingOne Protect application and work with security to tune triggers and understand threats\nInitiate PingCentral and look to automate and provide customer self-service\nWork with QA team for automate test scripts creation\nUser issues with AD, networking, DevOps on user experience issues (lockouts, rogue/phantom errors, and login consistency)\nIncidents and new Intake requests\nMFA setups and reset.
