The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with one or more major security vendors such as Palo Alto, Fortinet, Check Point, or Cisco within a globally distributed enterprise network.\nKey Responsibilities:\nManaging and maintaining network security solutions using Palo Alto, Fortinet, Check Point, or Cisco technologies.\nMicrosoft Azure: AZ-104, AZ-700 - desirable but not mandatory\nConfigure, maintain, and troubleshoot firewalls, VPNs, IPS, and other security appliances.\nMonitor network security, analyze threats, and respond to security incidents in a timely manner.\nDevelop and enforce security policies, procedures, and best practices.\nPerform security risk assessments and recommend solutions to mitigate vulnerabilities.\nConfigure and troubleshoot network routing protocols as part of security design and optimization.\nConduct network troubleshooting, including packet capture and deep analysis using Wireshark and other network diagnostic tools.\nCollaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of security solutions with network infrastructure.\nStay up to date with emerging cybersecurity threats and industry best practices.\n Required Skills & Experience:\nMandatory: Hands-on experience with one or more of the following: Palo Alto, Fortinet, Check Point, or Cisco security solutions within a globally distributed enterprise network.\nStrong understanding of firewall policies, VPNs, IDS/IPS and network segmentation.\nMicrosoft Azure experience\nHands-on experience with network troubleshooting, packet capture, and deep packet analysis using Wireshark.\nExperience with network protocols, routing, switching, and awareness of security frameworks.\nExperience with security monitoring tools, SIEM, and incident response procedures.\nRelevant certifications from vendors such as Palo Alto, Fortinet, Check Point, or Cisco is highly desirable.\nExcellent spoken and written English skills.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExposure to cloud security (Azure prefered) and hybrid environments.\nFamiliarity with automation and orchestration tools for security operations.\nKnowledge of scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell) is a plus.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.\n Discover some of the global benefits that empower our people to become the best version of themselves:\nFinance: Competitive salary package, share plan, company performance bonuses, value-based recognition awards, referral bonus; \nCareer Development: Career coaching, global career opportunities, non-linear career paths, internal development programmes for management and technical leadership;\nLearning Opportunities: Complex projects, rotations, internal tech communities, training, certifications, coaching, online learning platforms subscriptions, pass-it-on sessions, workshops, conferences;\nWork-Life Balance: Hybrid work and flexible working hours, employee assistance programme;\nHealth: Global internal wellbeing programme, access to wellbeing apps;\n Community: Global internal tech communities, hobby clubs and interest groups, inclusion and diversity programmes, events and celebrations.\nAt Endava, we’re committed to creating an open, inclusive, and respectful environment where everyone feels safe, valued, and empowered to be their best.
