Responsibilities you will perform -
- Posting and sourcing candidates through various - Job sites, social, professional networking sites etc.
- Conduct initial telephonic interviews to check confidence level, communication skills, technical skills, interest levels, etc.
- Preliminary screening /short-listing the right candidate for the given requirement.
- Communicating with HR and Closing the positions within the stipulated time
