If you thrive on positive energy, we want to meet you!\n Exciting opportunity for an experienced client-side hospitality Project Manager, supporting a strong pipeline of refurbishment projects\nEnd to end project management and delivery of venue refurbishments\nBased in Brisbane\nAs a Development Project Manager, you will manage the design, approvals and delivery of pub refurbishment projects across QLD, NT and Northern NSW.\nSound good? Read on.\nHere is a taster of what you can expect in this role:\nDelivery of the pub refurbishment program across predominantly Queensland venues. \nEnd to end project management of refurbishment projects including:Scoping and feasibility of projects\nManagement of external consultants\nLead the design development process from concept through detailed documentation\nOversee Development Applications, Building Approvals, Liquor Licence approvals and regulatory compliance\nTender, negotiate and appoint contractors\nOversee construction delivery across multiple live hospitality sites\nManage cost control, variations and financial reporting\nEnsure minimal disruption to trading operations\nLead project handover including defect management\n\nCreating and maintaining project schedules, cost plans, specifications and construction standards\nOverseeing project budgets, builders’ scope of works, documentation and contract administration\nOngoing review of builders performance, including scope, program, materials and on-site costs\n Now let’s talk about you:\nExtensive experience in the end-to-end delivery of pub/hospitality refurbishments is essential.\nProven experience in client-side construction project management within live environments.\nUnderstanding of Liquor and Gaming regulations. \nExperience managing design, town planning, and specialist consultants.\nRelevant qualifications in Construction Management, or a related discipline\nThis role will require travel.\nThe benefits are good too!\nWe offer hybrid ways of working\nAn exclusive discount card for our ALH Hotels pubs & accommodation, BWS, Dan Murphy’s and other Endeavour Group brands.
