We're on a mission to build the most capable digital coworker in the world.\nAbout the Role\nLocation: New York City (Primary), Denver, Chicago, Singapore (APAC), London, San Francisco, Austin, Los Angeles\nCommitment: 5 Days In-Person\nWe're looking for an engineer who wants to work close to customers and build the software that makes a deployment succeed.\nAs a Forward Deployed Engineer at Endex, you'll develop integrations and customer-specific capabilities where production engineering is required. You'll work with deployment teams and core engineering to turn useful field solutions into reusable product patterns.\nYour Key Responsibilities\nShip Customer Integrations: Build production code that connects Endex to customer systems and executes a real workflow end to end.\n\nWork Within Enterprise Constraints: Design for authentication, permissions, data boundaries and the customer's operating environment.\n\nOwn the Production Outcome: Test integrations, add observability and recovery behavior, and support what you deploy through launch.\n\nCoordinate Product Boundaries: Agree what belongs in a customer solution and what should enter the core product.\n\nMake Work Reusable: Bring proven integration patterns and field learning back to engineering.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nSoftware Engineering Foundation: You've shipped and maintained production software.\n\nIntegration Fluency: You can work with APIs, authentication and enterprise systems.\n\nCustomer Judgment: You ask good questions and explain technical trade-offs clearly.\n\nPractical Builder: You choose a solution that works within real constraints.\n\nCustomer-Facing Engineering: You can investigate requirements with users, make sound implementation trade-offs and maintain the code after it ships.\n\nNice to Have\nPython or TypeScript experience\n\nExperience with AI applications or agent
