You'll design intuitive interfaces for agentic AI, building a design system that scales, and establishing the visual identity of a category-defining product. If you want to shape how Wall Street works with AI, this is your opportunity.\nWhat You'll Own\nCore Product Experience: Design the end-to-end user journey for interacting with AI agents in Excel. Create intuitive interfaces for complex workflows (prompting, iterating, reviewing AI outputs)\n\nOnboarding & Activation: Craft the first-time user experience that takes someone from \"what is this?\" to \"I can't work without this.\"\n\nDesign System: Build and maintain our design system from scratch.\n\nVisual Identity: Shape Endex's brand through our product, marketing site, and collateral. Create a visual language that feels sophisticated, trustworthy, and cutting-edge\n\nCross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Engineering and Product to ship designs. Balance user needs with technical constraints, especially within Excel's add-in environment\n\nGrowth & Conversion: Design signup flows, pricing pages, and upgrade prompts that drive conversion\n\nWho You Are\nProduct Designer: You have a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design, from research and wireframes to high-fidelity mockups and shipped features\n\nUser-Obsessed: You deeply understand user workflows and pain points. You conduct research proactively and let insights drive your design decisions\n\nTechnically Fluent: You understand technical constraints and can work effectively with engineers.
