You'll own the partner relationship and coordinate with sales on the opportunities it creates.\nYour Key Responsibilities\nBuild the Partner Portfolio: Identify referral and services partners with relevant customers, useful expertise and a clear reason to work with Endex.\n\nBuild Joint Plans: Agree practical goals, responsibilities and ways to bring opportunities forward.\n\nActivate Partners: Build onboarding materials, use-case guidance and practical engagement plans that turn a signed relationship into customer introductions.\n\nCoordinate Opportunities: Keep referrals, sales ownership and customer handoffs clear.\n\nMeasure Partner Contribution: Review activation, qualified referrals and customer outcomes, addressing friction before a relationship becomes inactive.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nPartnership Experience: You've developed external relationships that produced measurable business outcomes.\n\nCommercial Instinct: You can explain why a partnership should exist and how
