Come and explore Endicott’s seaside locale where employees are an important part of the bustling campus community!\nPlease apply today if this opportunity looks like the right fit for you.\n.\nPosition Overview\nThe Business Analyst in the Information Technology department, reporting to the Director of Enterprise Applications, is responsible for the coordination, management, testing and development of ancillary applications and secondary support of the College's Enterprise Applications. The IT Business Analyst will be working with the other IT Business Analysts and Enterprise Applications developers to gather requirements, manage projects, coordinate testing, and validate data. In the cover letter, please articulate why you want to be considered for the role, and why working at Endicott College is interesting to you.***\nKey Responsibilities\n60% of Time: Workday ERP and SIS Support\nAssist in managing Workday-related projects and enhancement request.\nSupport configuration of Workday business processes, integrations, condition rules, and validation criteria.\nTroubleshoots and resolves complex development, testing, and production issues.\nCreate and maintain documentation for requirements gathering, business processes, integrations, procedures, and system configuration.\n20% of Time: Project Management\n· Collect, analyze, and translate business requirements into user stories, workflows, business process logic, process maps, wireframes, specifications, and acceptance criteria.\n· Monitor deliverables and ensure timely completion of projects through developing project plans and monitoring performance.\n· Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements.\n· Adhere to the College's information security policies and follow information security procedures.\n· Consult with the College's information security staff for guidance on best practices.\n10% of Time: Support Operations\n· Daily Ticket Triage: Monitor the Freshservice ticketing queue daily, conducting initial triage, troubleshooting, and independent research to resolve technical and operational issues prior to escalation where appropriate.\n10% of Time: Planning and Partnership\n· Engage with internal stakeholders to determine a strategy and vision for software applications, including business needs and requirements.\n· Serve as a liaison between stakeholders and users, building strong relationships and becoming a trusted partner and subject matter expert.\n· Create and maintain business relationships with respective stakeholders on campus, and support their work and functional needs with relevant expertise.\nCommunity Engagement\n· Be an active participant in the life of the College by attending and supporting key events like Commencement, Homecoming, and other all-hands-on-deck gatherings. Endicott College considers factors such as (but not limited to) the scope and responsibilities of the position, relevant work experience, education, specialized skills, internal equity, and external market data when extending an offer. The final salary is determined by the Human Resources Office based on these factors.
