This BCBA/R.B.A. must be able to supervise children and youth receiving funds under the Ontario Autism Program (OAP). Endless Abilities Inc. is a Treatment Center for children and youth located in the Streetsville area of Mississauga, ON.\n\nEndless Abilities Inc. offers behavioural consultation, focused or comprehensive team therapy, and group programming. The ideal candidate will be a dedicated and enthusiastic clinician interested in working on an interdisciplinary collaborative team of behavioural health clinicians at our Mississauga Clinic location, as well as in clients’ homes, schools, and daycares in the Peel region. Our clients are diverse in age, culture, and needs, and our team seeks to provide a holistic and family-centred approach to therapy.\n\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:\n\nReports directly to the Clinical Director and Chief Clinical Officer\n\nConduct and train others on curricular assessments (ABLLS-r, VB-MAPP, AFLS, PEAK)\n\nConduct and train others on behaviour-specific assessments (FBA, FA, PFA).\n\nCreate and train on the Behaviour Intervention Plan to meet the needs of a diverse population, including early and advanced learners (between 18 months and 17 years) with a range of dual and multi-diagnosis.\n\nCreate and train on Individualized Service Plans.\n\nEnsure therapeutic treatment follows the best standards of evidence-based practice\n\nSupervise Senior Therapists, Case Managers, Lead Instructor Therapists, and Instructor Therapists\n\nProvide service within both the funded and our fee-for-service therapeutic programs.\n\nActively participate in the Clinical Management Team\n\nSupervise BCBA students and R.B.A (Supervised Practice)\n\nQUALIFICATIONS:\n\nRegistered Behaviour Analyst (R.B.A) license in good standing\n\nCertified as a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) in good standing\n\nMaster’s Degree in Disability Studies, Psychology, Education, or a related field\n\nMinimum of Four (4) years of experience providing services to children and youth with neurodevelopmental disorders and anxiety disorders applied behaviour analytic services.
