Come build that future with us.\nHow You'll Make an Impact\nAs an IT Engineer at Endor Labs, you’ll help build and maintain a secure, reliable, and seamless technology experience for our employees. You’ll own day-to-day IT operations across endpoints, identity and access, business applications, networking, and office technology while helping us scale our IT environment as the company grows.\nOwn employee IT onboarding and offboarding, including laptop setup, configuration, deployment, and access provisioning.\nProvide hands-on support for macOS and Windows environments and troubleshoot hardware, software, and operating system issues.\nManage and secure corporate endpoints using MDM and security platforms such as Jamf and CrowdStrike.\nManage software deployment, security updates, patching, device compliance, and endpoint configuration.\nManage user accounts, SSO, and access to corporate applications and SaaS platforms.\nTroubleshoot networking and connectivity issues across LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and related infrastructure.\nSupport business applications and office technology, including Zoom and conference room A/V systems.\nManage IT assets, inventory, procurement, and device lifecycle.\nBuild and improve IT processes, documentation, and automation to make IT operations more scalable and efficient.\nPartner with security and other teams to maintain a strong IT security and compliance posture.\nWhat You Bring to the Table\nIf you enjoy solving technical problems, working directly with users, and building reliable IT systems in a fast-moving technology environment, we would love to talk to you!\n7+ years of experience in IT support, IT operations, or a similar role, preferably in a fast-growing technology company.\n3+ years of hands-on experience supporting macOS and Windows environments, including MDM and device management tools such as Jamf.\nStrong troubleshooting skills across endpoints, hardware, software, LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and common networking issues.\nSolid understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, IP addressing, and Wi-Fi.\nExperience with identity and access management, SSO, and SaaS administration using platforms such as Google Workspace or Okta.\nExperience managing business applications and tools such as Google Workspace, Rippling, Jira, and Confluence.\nHands-on experience with endpoint security tools such as CrowdStrike and a good understanding of security best practices.\nExperience supporting video conferencing and office A/V technologies such as Zoom.\nExperience with IT security and compliance requirements, including SOC 2, is preferred.\nFamiliarity with scripting using Bash, Python, or similar technologies for automating routine IT tasks is a plus.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach to IT support.\nStrong ownership, troubleshooting, prioritization, and follow-through skills.\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline is preferred.\nWhy Endor Labs\nWe’re building at the intersection of developer productivity and security - one of the fastest-growing spaces in software.
