Sales Development Representative

Position Overview:

As the first point of contact for prospective sponsors, CROs, and clinical research organizations, the Sales Development Representative will drive Endpoint Clinical's growth engine - identifying and engaging the right accounts, qualifying opportunities, and setting up the Business Development team for success.

Responsibilities:

• Prospect pharmaceutical, biotech, CRO, and ARO accounts.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads.
• Conduct discovery conversations to identify study needs, business challenges, and sales opportunities.
• Schedule qualified meetings for Business Development representatives.
• Maintain accurate Salesforce records and pipeline data.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Business Development, and Sales Operations.
• Share market intelligence and customer feedback.

Success Measures:

• Sales Qualified Meetings (SQMs) booked and held.
• BD acceptance rate of meetings.
• Qualified opportunities created.
• Pipeline value influenced.
• CRM data quality and process compliance.

Experience

• 2+ years in SDR, Inside Sales, Business Development, or Lead Generation.
• Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM.
• Strong communication, prospecting, and qualification skills.
• Highly organized and self-motivated.

Skills

• Experience in life sciences, CROs, clinical research, eClinical, or IRT/RTSM.
• Knowledge of clinical trial processes.
• Experience with HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or ZoomInfo.
