Someone who has worked extensively with liquid handling robots in Pharma, Biotech R&D or drug development would be the perfect candidate. If you enjoy coding and developing assay workflows from scratch and interacting with new people building longterm relationships this is for you.\nWhat you can expect from us?\nFull training\nEnjoyable team atmosphere\nCareer development opportunity\nwork/life balance\nadditional skills development courses where applicable\nWhat task to perform?\nTrain new customers at our London facility\nScript new methods to support customers assays\nPrepare and demonstrate the FeliX and it’s processes to prospective customers with the sales teams\nAttend and present at conferences where applicable to your work\nVisit customer sites to trouble shoot and resolve problems when they arise\nWhat can we expect from you?\nInterface with Sales Personnel and customers to define customer’s assays, workflows and methods throughout UK\nDevelop, optimize and create videos of Liquid handling protocols for customers\nUse video and apps content to generate marcoms material for LinkedIn posts\nHost online qualifying and demo meetings together with Sales persons and qualified customers\nGenerate sales leads from attending conferences, hosting seminar and making presentations at Pharma sites in the region\nCreate data and apps notes to support marketing efforts for FeliX and our partners such as IMCS.\nDemonstrate an up to date understanding of Pharma and life science experimental techniques and structures to support internal programmes and training (ie.Pharma Industry Team)\nWork remotely with Software Engineers and Product Management to troubleshoot and diagnose any software issues.\nInstall & diagnose proprietary CyBio software\nWrite test and demo programs to demonstrate novel processes with collaborators\nMaintain appropriate agendas and run training courses at customer sites and onlineSubmit on time paperwork including diary and reports of customer visits\nLiaise closely with German R&D teams across the various product lines, Innuscreen, qTower auto, FeliX, Carry and Trobot to maintain an up to date field feedback loop.\nHow do you apply?\nTo apply we kindly ask you to upload your documents on our career page.
