Manager- Plant Engineering to join Endress Hauser FLIN at Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar.\nWhat is the role about?\nThe role is responsible for providing strategic and functional leadership in Plant Engineering by ensuring reliability, standardization, and continuous improvement across plant equipment, utilities, and infrastructure.\nIt focuses on building strong engineering capabilities, driving maintenance excellence through TPM-PM practices, ensuring regulatory compliance, and leading energy management and sustainability initiatives to support overall plant performance.\nWhich tasks will you perform?\nMaintenance Strategy & Execution\nPlanning and executing preventive and breakdown maintenance through SAP EAM\nDeveloping and optimizing maintenance strategies (PM, TBM, CBM, Predictive)\nImproving maintenance practices based on RCA/RCFA learnings\nTechnical Leadership\nActing as the technical authority for equipment and utility systems\nStandardizing engineering and maintenance practices\nMentoring engineering teams and technicians\nReliability & Continuous Improvement\nLeading breakdown analysis and implementing permanent solutions\nImproving MTBF, MTTR, and equipment availability\nDriving TPM, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives\nProjects & Engineering Support\nManaging equipment installation, upgrades, and commissioning\nSupporting plant infrastructure and utility projects\nResource & Cost Management\nManaging spares, AMC contracts, and maintenance budgets\nOptimizing cost vs reliability balance\nEnergy & Sustainability\nDriving energy optimization initiatives\nSupporting ISO 50001 implementation\nIdentifying and implementing energy conservation opportunities\nCompliance & Systems\nEnsuring compliance with Factory Act, CEA, MPCB, and IMS standards\nManaging calibration, statutory inspections, and documentation\nMaintaining SOPs, TPM records, and audit documentation\nPerformance Monitoring\nTracking maintenance KPIs and ensuring continuous improvement\nPreparing reports and conducting performance reviews\nWhat do we expect from you?\nQualification & Experience\nBachelor’s degree in electrical engineering (full-time) (Diploma + Degree)\n12-15 years of experience in Plant Engineering / Maintenance\nExposure to SAP EAM, SPMs, Robotics, TPM, and utility systems\nTechnical Skills\nStrong knowledge of maintenance strategies and reliability engineering\nExpertise in RCA/RCFA and energy management\nExperience in utilities (Electrical, DG, HVAC, Air, Water systems)\nProject management and commissioning capability\nBehavioural Competencies\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\nTechnical leadership and decision-making ability\nCross-functional collaboration and communication\nData-driven and continuous improvement mindset\nAdditional Advantages\nTPM/JIPM exposure and ISO audit experience\nExperience in energy efficiency and sustainability projects\nVendor management experience\nSupervisor
