As an Equipment Engineer, you will partner closely with Production, Maintenance, Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, and global engineering teams to develop and optimize equipment solutions that support safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives. This position is part of the Production Center (PC) Engineering organization within Endress+Hauser Level+Pressure USA and plays a critical role in advancing operational excellence and supporting the future growth of our manufacturing capabilities.\nWhich tasks will you perform?\nYou will:\nLead the design, installation, commissioning, and qualification of new manufacturing equipment and production technologies. \nAnalyze equipment performance data to identify improvement opportunities and implement solutions that increase productivity, quality and reliability. \nManage equipment-related projects from concept through implementation, including timelines, budgets, resources, and stakeholder communication\nCollaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams to troubleshoot equipment issues, and support continuous improvement initiatives. \nDevelop and maintain equipment standards, preventive maintenance standards, preventative maintenance strategies, work instructions, and technical documentation. \nSupport automation, digitalization, and Industry 4.0 initiatives to improve manufacturing performance and data visibility. \nConduct root cause investigations for equipment failures and implement corrective and preventative actions. \nEvaluate manufacturing processes and recommend equipment, tooling, and process improvements to optimize safety, quality, delivery and cost. \nWork with external suppliers, contractors, and global engineering teams to specify, purchase, and implement equipment solutions. \nEnsure compliance with company standards and applicable safety, environmental and regulatory requirements. \nWhat do we expect from you?\nYou:\nBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field. \nExperience supporting, designing, troubleshooting, or improving manufacturing equipment and production processes. \nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and implement sustainable solutions. \nKnowledge of manufacturing principles, automation systems, process optimization, and continuous improvement methodologies. \nExperience leading projects and coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve technical and business objectives. \nAbility to interpret technical drawings, equipment documentation, specifications, and engineering standards. \nStrong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively work with Production, Maintenance, Quality, and global engineering stakeholders. \nProficiency with engineering software, data analysis tools, and Microsoft Office applications. \nSelf-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. \nCommitment to safety, quality, innovation, and operational excellence.\nWhat can you expect from us?\nFamily-owned, highly committed global company with a sustainable vision of the future.\nLifelong learning encouraged by versatile training, tuition reimbursement, success coaching, and further education opportunities.\nComprehensive benefit package (to include medical, dental, vision) and 401(k) savings with company match. \nCompensation is competitive and includes bonus opportunities.\nEmployees work in a safety-first, climate controlled, clean manufacturing facility with utilization of Lean practices and ergonomic workstations to enhance productivity and comfort. \nOn-site amenities such as cafeteria, gym, health clinic, and ergonomic support, to foster a convenient and health-conscious workplace environment.\nHow do you apply?\nTo apply, we kindly ask you to upload your documents on our career page.
