This individual is responsible for identifying opportunities to increase efficiency, reduce waste, improve product quality, and ensure manufacturing processes are safe, reliable, and scalable. The role is highly focused on continuous improvement and process ownership. The engineer will analyze production challenges, lead root-cause investigations, implement corrective actions, and drive projects that improve first-pass yield, reduce scrap and rework, and enhance on-time delivery performance. In addition to process improvement, the Manufacturing Engineer will support equipment and product transfer activities and lead projects associated with new equipment installation, validation, and production readiness.\nThe position also plays an important role in supporting the organization's growing Data Center business by developing scalable manufacturing capabilities, improving operational readiness, and helping ensure production capacity can meet increasing customer demand in this strategic market segment.\nWhich tasks will you perform?\nYou will:\nImprove manufacturing efficiency through process optimization, workflow improvements, and waste reduction initiatives.\nReduce scrap and rework by identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.\nImprove product quality and first-pass yield (FPY) through data-driven problem-solving and process refinement.\nImplement projects and activities that directly support improved on-time delivery performance.\nDesign and/or implement tooling, fixtures, and manufacturing aids to enhance safety, ergonomics, and repeatability.\nLead equipment transfer projects, ensuring rapid, effective installation, validation, and integration into production.\nSupport product transfer projects by serving as a technical resource for assembly, test, and production readiness.\nServe as Local Process Owner (LPO), providing internal support and contributing to network collaboration with organizational partners.\nCoordinate internal teams to lead complex change-management activities impacting multiple product lines.\nEnsure all manufacturing processes comply with EH&S (Environmental Health & Safety), EPA, and OSHA requirements and promote and maintain a safe working environment through best practices in equipment design and process setup.\nWhat do we expect from you?\nYou:\nB.S./B.A. in Engineering, Science, or another technical field and 2+ years of experience as a Manufacturing, Automation, or Production Engineer; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.\nGeneral knowledge of mechanical construction, pneumatic and hydraulic control systems, assembly tooling and methods, electronic/electrical control circuits and components.\nProficiency with Microsoft O365 applications and ability to effectively present technical information and respond to questions from cross-functional partners.\nDemonstrated problem-solving skills and strong intellectual curiosity.\nHigh attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.\nAdvanced knowledge of manufacturing processes and production systems.\nAbility to manage and lead project teams through launch of new processes/equipment over weeks to months.\nExperience leading complex change management initiatives across multiple product lines.\nStrong troubleshooting skills with minimal assistance for both process and equipment-related issues.\nAbility to apply Lean principles (5S, value-stream mapping, waste reduction, standard work) in a collaborative team environment and strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work based on internal customer needs\nWhat can you expect from us?\nWe are a family-owned, highly committed company with a sustainable vision.\nWe promote lifelong learning with versatile training and further education opportunities, internal knowledge transfer and e-learning.\nWe prioritize Work-Life Balance, offering flexible working hours and remote work opportunity of 1 day a week to support our employees in maintaining a healthy balance. \nHow do you apply?\nTo apply, we kindly ask you to upload your documents on our career page.
