The Solution Business Center is a regional team with team members located in different European countries and supporting customers throughout Europe and Central Asia. The current position is based in Cernusco sul Naviglio (MI), Italy. The candidate will lead and manage solution projects with EPC contractors.\nWhat is the role about?\nThe Project Manager Solution Projects leads complex international projects throughout their entire lifecycle, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and ensuring the achievement of cost, schedule, quality, and customer satisfaction objectives. Also, the role collaborates closely with customers, Sales Centers, and internal stakeholders while providing coaching and guidance to Project Managers.\nThe main activities will include:\nManage the full project lifecycle of major and complex solution projects, including materials, services, engineering, construction and commissioning -from planning and design to execution, control, and close-out-according to Endress+Hauser’s Standard 201.\nLead and coordinate international project teams across organizations, including project engineers, administrators, suppliers, and other contributors\nMaintain close communication with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure satisfaction, manage expectations, and address any issues proactively.\nMonitor project performance against budget, schedule, and quality targets, implementing corrective actions as needed.\nCollaborate and network with internal departments, Sales Centers, and external partners to ensure seamless project execution across regions.\nCoach and guide project managers in supported Sales Centers.\nWhat do we expect from you? \nStrong project management skills, including planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication.\nStrong technical knowledge in engineering disciplines (e.g., mechanical, electrical, automation).\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.\nProven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment across cultures and organizational boundaries.\nTrack record in managing contracts for engineered packages, including materials, services, engineering, construction and commissioning.\nExperience in successfully leading and managing solution projects with EPC contractors (Engineering, Procurement and Construction), primarily in the value range between 1 and 10 mln EUR.\nProfessional proficiency in English (spoken and written) for an optimal collaboration with international colleagues and customers. \nWhat can you expect from us? \nWe offer an exciting role within the evolving environment of industrial automation, where people are at the center of everything we do and every contribution has a tangible impact.
