Then in this role, you will actively shape our building services engineering and drive projects that have a direct impact on a sustainable and efficient working environment.\nWhat tasks will you take on?\nYou will:\ntake overall responsibility for small to medium-sized projects (0.1-10 million) in the field of facility management at the Reinach site, ensuring quality, deadlines, and costs are met.\nfocus on complex building services engineering projects and actively drive and further develop the implementation of the Energy Strategy 2030+ measures.\nlead and coordinate internal as well as external planners and contractors, implement strategic guidelines operationally, and, if required, actively take part in site management yourself.\nact as an interface to various business units, ensuring smooth collaboration.\ncontribute your expertise in building services systems and provide targeted support to colleagues in operations and maintenance.\nWhat do we expect from you?\nYou:\nhave completed vocational training in building services engineering (building automation or HVAC) with further training as a building services technician (HF/FH) or equivalent, and are familiar with SIA standards.\nhave several years of experience in technically demanding projects in an industrial environment and ideally hold a project management certification (IPMA Level C).\nideally bring knowledge of CAD tools and the building management platform DesigoCC.\nare fluent in German (spoken and written); English skills are an advantage.\nthink conceptually, act in a solution-oriented manner, and communicate clearly and convincingly.\nenjoy working in a team and are motivated to make a difference together with others.\nWhat can you expect from us?\nWe are a family-owned company with strong commitment and a sustainable vision.\nWe promote lifelong learning through diverse training and development opportunities, internal knowledge sharing, and e-learning.\nWe support your work-life balance with flexible working hours.\nWe offer support for sustainable mobility solutions such as public transportation.\nWe provide family-friendly conditions, including childcare options.\nHow do you apply?\nTo apply, please upload your application documents to our careers page.
