Within Endress+Hauser Temperature+System Products US, we utilize state-of-the-art production techniques and manufacturing technologies to ensure the quality of the instrumentation produced, as well as the safety of employees and the environment.\nWhat is the role about?\nAre you someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Can you ensure quality and efficiency in every step of the machining process? If so, you might be the perfect fit for our Machine Operator role! We’re looking for a dynamic individual who can operate various CNC lathes to produce high-quality products, implement and execute operator preventative maintenance tasks, and complete production plans to ensure on-time delivery and other functions of the position.\nWhich tasks will you perform?\nYou will:\nOperate twin spindle, twin turret CNC Nakamura and/or similar CNC lathes to produce high-quality products\n\nMachine tooling setup and change over per production demand\n\nPerform in process quality inspections\n\nCommunicate and collaborate with appropriate personnel when issues arise regarding raw material, products, or machines\n\nPerform visual inspection and functional testing of raw material and manufactured components\n\nMaintain accurate inventory and adjust or scrap, as necessary\n\nKeep equipment and work area clean and orderly and perform regular preventative maintenance required to accomplish daily tasks\n\nComply with all quality and safety standards required by state and federal agencies, ISO9001 and company policies\n\nAll other duties as assigned\n\nWhat do we expect from you?\nYou:\nMechanical technology degree and 1-3 years related experience, education may be substituted with experience and/or relevant training\n\nExperience using Nakamura CNC equipment with Fanuc controller, or similar\n\nRead basic blueprints and detailed written instructions\n\nUse of precision measuring instruments such as calipers, ID and OD micrometers, depth gauges, thread gauges, indicators and scales\n\nExperience with cutting tools, boring bars, fixtures and inserts used in CNC turning and machining\n\nBasic computer skills\n\nNon-CNC machining experience with lathe and/or mill is a plus\n\nManufacturing of process measurement instrumentation desirable\n\nWhat can you expect from us?\nFamily-owned, highly committed global company with a sustainable vision of the future.\n\nLifelong learning encouraged by versatile training, tuition reimbursement, success coaching, and further education opportunities.\n\nComprehensive benefit package (to include medical, dental, vision) and 401(k) savings with company match.\n\nCompensation is competitive and includes bonus opportunities.\n\nWork-life balance encouraged through our 10 company-paid holidays, paid time off, paid parental leave, employee assistance programs (financial, mental, and physical health and wellbeing), and employee discounts.\n\nEmployees work in a safety-first, climate controlled, clean manufacturing facility with utilization of Lean practices and ergonomic workstations to enhance productivity and comfort.\n\nOn-site amenities such as cafeteria, gym, health clinic, and ergonomic support, to foster a convenient and health-conscious workplace environment.\n\nHow do you apply?\nTo apply, we kindly ask you to upload your documents on our career page.
