Within Level and Pressure Greenwood, we utilize state-of-the-art production techniques and manufacturing technologies to ensure the quality of the instrumentation produced, as well as the safety of employees and the environment.\nWhat is the role about?\nAre you someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Can you ensure quality and efficiency in every step of the production process? If so, you might be the perfect fit for our 1st Shift Assembler role! We’re looking for a dynamic individual who excels at managing operations, motivating teams, and maintaining high standards to drive our production success.\nWhich tasks will you perform? \nYou will:\nAssemble devices (mechanical and/or electronic) to form complete unit or subassembly at appropriate location \nFabricate sub-components as needed using various tools and machines \nPerform visual inspection and functional testing during assembly operation \nConduct calibration for devices as needed \nMaintain accurate inventory and notify supervisor of adjustments or scrap \nPerform regular preventative maintenance on machines and tools required to accomplish daily tasks \nParticipate and assist with cross training employees on production processes where applicable \nMaintain a neat and orderly work area in conjunction with 5S Lean concepts \nUse SAP and MIKE software systems to look up or enter information \nAdhere to the safety guidelines for the work area \nAssist and maintain ISO procedures and documents that apply to position \nDetermine the correct pack to use for each device \nPack devices ensuring no damage during shipment \nPerform all functions to ensure highest quality and value of delivery to the customer \nWhat do we expect from you? \nTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to complete each essential duty satisfactorily.
