This role works closely with internal teams, customers, and suppliers to resolve documentation needs, manage revisions, and ensure timely completion of required project documents. It is a detail-oriented, customer-focused role that helps support a smooth project delivery experience.\nWhich tasks will you perform?\nEvaluate customer needs including vendor documents and data requirements, determining the path forward to deliver within the appropriate scope. \nCollect and maintain documentation packages, ensure transmittal of documents to customers after careful examination of document completeness, accuracy and conformance to standards and specifications of the customer. \nCoordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve documentation challenges and drive successful completion of documentation packages within the required timeline \nCompile required amendments to documents as well as monitor and control document revisions including changes. \nTriage incoming documentation tasks across systems and programs, taking action to resolve issues and expedite items as needed. \nWhat do we expect from you?\nYou will have (required):\nHigh school diploma, GED \nDetail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy, capable of utilizing critical thinking to ensure precision in tasks \nProficient in digital tools and systems, including Office 365, CRM platforms, databases, and PDF tools \nYou may have (preferred):\nExperience with document management systems such as Aconex, Procore, DocBoss, and/or TeamBinder \nAbility to work and make informed decisions independently and on own initiative \nPrioritizes the customer perspective in business decisions by actively seeking to understand customer needs and problems, initiating solutions based on this
