Working alongside Industrial Engineers, you will contribute to production support, process documentation, data collection and analysis, time studies, and implementation activities.\nWhat is the role about?\nAre you interested in seeing how industrial engineering principles are applied in a real manufacturing environment? In this internship, you will support the Industrial Engineering team and collaborate with production employees, team leads, Quality, Maintenance, and other cross-functional partners on hands-on assignments that improve manufacturing processes.\nWhich tasks will you perform?\nYou will:\nAssist Industrial Engineers with engineering change requests, project activities, and production-related assignments.\nSupport day-to-day production needs by gathering information, observing processes, documenting issues, and helping coordinate follow-up actions under the direction of an Industrial Engineer.\nCreate and revise work instructions to support accurate and standardized production processes.\nConduct time studies and process observations to help identify opportunities to improve labor utilization, workflow, and capacity.\nParticipate in continuous improvement activities and assist with root cause investigations for production issues.\nAssist with the implementation and validation of new or revised processes, equipment, tools, fixtures, and work instructions.\nCollaborate with production employees, team leads, Quality, Maintenance, and other cross-functional departments to complete assigned work.\nComplete additional duties as assigned.\nWhat do we expect from you?\nYou:\nAre currently enrolled as a junior or senior at an accredited college or university and pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.\nCan observe production processes, collect accurate data, and organize results clearly and logically.\nBring attention to detail and a willingness to investigate problems at the production floor level.\nHave a basic understanding of problem-solving principles.\nAre proficient with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.\nCommunicate effectively in writing and verbally and can work respectfully with employees at different levels of the organization.\nDemonstrate strong organization, prioritization, and follow-through while managing multiple assignments with guidance from the engineering team.\nAre self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.\nWhat can you expect from us?\nA family-owned, highly committed global company with a sustainable vision of the future.\nPractical manufacturing experience and mentorship from Industrial Engineers.\nHands-on exposure to production support, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.\nA safety-first, climate-controlled, clean manufacturing facility that uses Lean practices and ergonomic workstations.\nOpportunities to build technical, analytical, and professional skills through meaningful project work.\nCompensation\n$23-$25 per hour.
