We are looking for an Internal Sales Engineer to join us and strengthen our team at Endress+Hauser (Baltic) UAB in Kaunas, Lithuania. You will play a key role in supporting our customers and partners with technical and commercial expertise while ensuring smooth internal processes for our Lithuanian and Lavtian market.

If so, this role is for you! As an Internal Sales Engineer, you will work closely with our External Sales Engineers and other internal stakeholders, ensuring that our Lithuanian and Latvian customers receive the best possible support and solutions.

Which tasks will you perform?

You will:

• Create offers and clarify technical and commercial requirements
• Follow up business opportunities in the systems and generate interactions with the objective to align, clarify, advise and be the link between partner, operations, and sales team
• Conduct order and offer-related negotiations with our customers, partners, and suppliers
• Set, follow, and complete task in relevant system to maintain clear communication with stakeholders
• Look after our customers, suppliers, and partners with your customer-oriented manner and act as their contact person

What do we expect from you?

You:

• Ideally hold an Engineering degree, preferably in automation, mechanical, or chemical field
• Have knowledge and experience in the sales business and internal sales support
• Are fluent in Lithuanian and English (spoken and written), Russian or Latvian are a plus
• Are skilled in handling the MS Office portfolio and know how to work with ERP system
• You like to commit to a longterm employment
• Have a winning and open-minded personality with self-motivation and like to take ownership in your area of responsability, and are an outstanding team player and at the same time eager to learn
