This role involves managing customer inquiries, preparing quotations, ensuring smooth coordination with other departments and maintaining strong customer relationships.\nThis role will be based in Singapore, is part of the Sales Department (Inside Sales Team) and reports to the Customer Experience Manager.\nThe main tasks and responsibilities are:\nCollaborative Sales Approach\nPartner closely with relevant stakeholders to serve customers effectively and achieve sales targets. \nRespond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or other communication channels.\nBuild and maintain long-term relationships with customers.\nPromote Digital Sales business.\nSales Support\nCoordinate with External Sales team to close sales opportunities. \nPrepare quotations/proposals and follow up with customers. \nWork with External Sales to ensure correct pricing, delivery timelines, and commercial terms with customers. \nReview customer purchase orders against quotations to ensure order details and T&Cs are accurate and ready for processing. \nCollaborate with the Supply Chain and Operations teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.\nCross Department Coordination\nWork with Application Consultant, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain, Service teams to gather information required for pre-sales activities support and issues resolution.\nBasic Technical Support and Problem-Solving\nUnderstand and interpret technical requirements for instruments and analyzers.\nLiaise with Application Consultant team to provide accurate solutions to customer enquiries and challenges.\nCustomer Service and Problem Resolution\nDeliver exceptional customer service, build strong relationships, resolve problems, and address complaints effectively.\nAdditional Responsibilities\nPerform any other tasks required by the Company to support its business strategy.\nRequirements\nDiploma or Degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical, Chemical or Electrical Engineering. \nMinimum 2 years’ experience in Internal Sales \nRelevant process automation or related industries experience\nExperience in related-industry quotations preparation (Would be an advantage)\nExperience in Instrumentation and Automation/Control Engineering environments (Would be an advantage)\nRelevant technical knowledge (Would be an advantage)\nSAP / Salesforce Lightning System knowledge (Would be an advantage)\nEnthusiastic, dynamic, and customer-oriented personality\nSystematic and meticulous, with strong attention to detail\nStrong ability to work effectively within a team environment\nAbility to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively\nExcellent communication skills, both written and
