In this capacity, your primary focus is to ensure these modules empower HR teams and business partners to drive organizational effectiveness and talent growth. As a Consultant Learning & Development, you will drive key programs and design, develop and implement global learning & development solutions that influence how we grow our people and foster our company culture.\nWhich tasks will you perform?\nYou will:\nCollaborate with business leaders and subject matter experts to design and develop global learning & development programs, with a focus on management & leadership capability development.\nLead and manage the design, development, planning, execution, and continuous improvement of key L&D programs and solutions. Includes working with third-party vendors/partners, managing resources and handling budgets. \nSupport and/or drive the implementation of the competency model globally.\nStreamline and ensure integration of suite of development offerings into overall portfolio and broader L&D direction. \nContinuously identify gaps and proactively complement portfolio with additional (and often scalable) offerings where useful and needed.\nIncorporate an appropriate assessment approach and regularly leverage data & insights to understand success and ROI.\nIdentify suitable support from external partners and manage relationships with external vendors.\nBalance and navigate well between Corporate/Global and local/regional needs and often competing priorities.\nWhat do we expect from you?\nYou:\nHave a degree in Human Resources, Adult Learning & Development, Organizational Psychology or similar.\nHave 7+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Leadership Development, and/or Talent Management.\nAre experienced in designing and developing development programs and solutions for a range of hierarchical levels, including at senior levels\nHave subject matter expertise in adult development and adult learning principles.\nExcel at building relationships, stakeholder management, and collaboration across networks.\nAre a supportive team player who enjoys working alongside other L&D colleagues.\nHave program, project and portfolio management experience, including organizational and prioritization skills.\n Are proficient in English (primary).
