As a family-owned company, we look beyond short-term moves and work to create a vision that is forward-thinking for our people, our clients, and the world at large.\nWhat is the role about?\nEndress+Hauser’s MIV (main instrumentation vendor) program was created with the vision of bringing Endress+Hauser’s unique expertise around instrumentation and project lifecycles to create value and provide a world-class experience for our clients. The MIV program accomplishes this through reducing the number of client touch points, promoting project consistency, increasing visibility on project progress, and quickly pivoting to meet our client’s need during project execution. We aim not just to execute but drive the client’s project schedule and reduce nonconformances that could delay startup of their projects.\nIn this temporary role, the Receipt Verification Technician supports accurate project execution by inspecting incoming materials, documenting verification results, maintaining inventory accuracy, and preparing products for customer shipment.\nWhich tasks will you perform?\nMove items from storage to the receipt verification area using a first-in, first-out approach or based on priorities set by the warehouse manager or project manager. \nInspect the item for defects and compare the physical item against the as-purchased or as-specified conditions listed in the digital database. The results of the inspection are to be recorded in the digital database. \nRecord any nonconformance or physical damage in a digital database and move the item into the nonconformance area. \nStage items for customer shipment after they pass inspection and no damage is found. \nAdhere physical tags to the device upon completion of the inspection. \nMaintain physical inventory in a secured location and assist with performing regular physical inventory counts to validate product on the shelf. \nPull items from inventory using a physical pick list, then safely stage and prepare products for field release. \nThis role may also require flexibility to help fill out other responsibilities associated with the warehouse as necessary to handle peaks in workload. This may include resolving nonconformance with the team or supplier, assisting with receipt or shipment of goods, and general warehouse activities. \nWhat do we expect from you?\nYou will have (required):\nHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED), or one to three years related experience and/or training \nBasic computer skills; on-site training provided. \nThis role regularly requires standing, using hands to handle items, and reaching with hands and arms. \nThe employee may occasionally walk or sit \nThe employee must frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds, using appropriate lifting assistance for items over 50 pounds \nRequired vision abilities include close vision and color vision \nYou may have (preferred):\nDetail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy, capable of utilizing critical thinking to ensure precision in tasks \nAbility to read technical specifications and/or drawings \nAbility to
