At Endress+Hauser, progress happens by working together. As the global leader in measurement instrumentation, our ~18,000 employees shape the future in the field of process automation. As a family-owned company, we look beyond short-term moves and work to create a vision that is forward-thinking for our people, our clients, and the world at large.

We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Group and take ownership of a globally relevant liquid analysis product portfolio. In this role, you will guide products across their full life cycle and translate market insights and customer requirements into compelling solutions for the process industry.

What is the role about?

Are you energized by shaping product strategy from concept through obsolescence? Can you turn market trends, customer needs, and industry feedback into clear product requirements? Do you enjoy bringing development, marketing, sales, and international stakeholders together around a shared vision? This role offers the opportunity to maximize customer value across a global product portfolio while guiding product positioning, development priorities, and commercial success in the liquid analysis field.

Which tasks will you perform?

You will:

· Manage the product portfolio across its entire life cycle, from conception and development through obsolescence.

· Design strategic and market-related product features for key industries and applications.

· Define requirement specifications for new development projects using market research, voice-of-customer insights, Industry Marketing input, and feedback from global Sales Centers.

· Continuously monitor markets, key applications, competitors, and customer needs to guide product strategy and sales activities.

· Oversee marketing controlling activities for the product portfolio.

· Create and promote marketing communications documentation for the product line.

· Advise global sales teams on product-related topics, applications, and positioning.

· Train Sales Centers and customers on portfolio value, applications, and product positioning.

What do we expect from you?

You:

· Hold a Bachelor of Science degree, preferably in chemistry, physics, environmental technology, or a comparable technical field.

· Bring 7+ years of experience with process instrumentation or sensor technology, ideally in the liquid analysis field.

· Have experience in product management, strategic marketing, or a comparable product-focused role.

· Understand liquid analytical devices, measuring principles, applications, and process automation.

· Demonstrate strong business management, analytical, conceptual, problem-solving, and creative-thinking skills.

· Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, and are confident presenting information to varied audiences.

· Collaborate effectively across functions and cultures, with the confidence to drive decisions, resolve conflict, and influence stakeholders.

· Are proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook, as well as SAP, SFDC, and SharePoint systems.

· Can plan, prioritize, and address product-related issues and opportunities while building productive relationships with employees, vendors, contractors, management, other Endress+Hauser entities, and customers.

· Must be authorized to work in the United States, and able to travel domestically or internationally on occasion

What can you expect from us?

· Family-owned, highly committed global company with a sustainable vision of the future.

· Lifelong learning encouraged by versatile training, tuition reimbursement, success coaching, and further education opportunities.

· Comprehensive benefit package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, plus a 401(k) savings plan with company match.

· Competitive compensation with bonus opportunities.

· Work-life balance supported through 10 company-paid holidays, paid time off, paid parental leave, employee assistance programs, and employee discounts.

· Employees work in a safety-first, climate controlled, clean manufacturing facility with utilization of Lean practices and ergonomic workstations to enhance productivity and comfort.

Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs
  • Must be able to perform reasonable physical activities such as stand; use hands to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; walk; stoop, kneel and crouch, lift and move reasonable loads.

The listed salary range for this position is $95,000-$125,000 annually, but the actual package offered may vary depending on different factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
