In this role, you will help strengthen equipment reliability, eliminate operational losses, develop TPM capabilities throughout the organization, and embed continuous improvement into daily operations.\nWhat is the role about?\nAre you passionate about creating sustainable improvements in equipment reliability and operational performance? Working cross-functionally with Production, Maintenance, Engineering, Quality, Facilities, and Continuous Improvement, you will provide the leadership and structure needed to advance TPM maturity and deliver measurable business results.\nWhich tasks will you perform?\nYou will:\nLead the development, deployment, and sustainment of the site TPM strategy, standards, and roadmap.\nIntegrate TPM practices into daily management systems and operational processes.\nDrive TPM maturity through audits, assessments, and continuous improvement activities.\nProvide leadership across TPM pillars, including Autonomous Maintenance, Planned Maintenance, Quality Maintenance, Focused Improvement, and Training & Development.\nBuild TPM capability throughout the organization through coaching, training, and mentoring.\nLead equipment reliability, loss elimination, and structured problem-solving initiatives to improve operational performance.\nPartner with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, and Quality to reduce equipment-related losses and improve asset effectiveness.\nEstablish TPM performance measures and ensure progress is visible, actionable, and aligned with business objectives.\nDrive improvements in key operational metrics, including reliability, availability, quality, productivity, and cost.\nChampion equipment ownership, accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence throughout the organization.\nAct as a change leader to drive TPM adoption and long-term sustainment.\nCollaborate with Production, Maintenance, Engineering, Quality, Facilities, Continuous Improvement, and leadership teams to align TPM initiatives with business priorities.\nLead TPM governance, reviews, and communication activities across the site.\nPerform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned to accommodate customer and business needs.\nWhat do we expect from you?\nYou:\nHave demonstrated experience implementing TPM or working within a mature TPM system.\nPossess a strong foundation in Lean Manufacturing principles, tools, and structured problem-solving methodologies.\nHave experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing others without direct authority.\nDemonstrate change leadership, systems thinking, operational discipline, and a continuous improvement mindset.\nAre a hands-on leader who is comfortable engaging directly with teams on the shop floor.\nCan balance strategic vision with tactical execution while prioritizing the broader interests of the company.\nDemonstrate a positive attitude toward change and the ability to build trust and encourage adoption across teams.\nHave general knowledge of manufacturing, logistics, and technical operations.\nAre skilled in analyzing written instructions, business documents, operational data, and performance metrics.\nAre highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, with experience using Power BI to manage, organize, and interpret large data sets.\nCan effectively prepare reports and business correspondence and confidently deliver presentations to a variety of audiences.\nIdeally have experience in high-volume or complex manufacturing environments.\nIdeally hold a TPM, Lean, or Continuous Improvement certification, such as TPM Practitioner, Lean Six Sigma, or Kaizen Leader.\nIdeally have experience improving OEE, MTBF, MTTR, maintenance cost performance, and/or working with maintenance analytics.\nWhat can you expect from us?\nFamily-owned, highly committed global company with a sustainable vision of the future.\nLifelong learning encouraged by versatile training, tuition reimbursement, success coaching, and further education opportunities.\nComprehensive benefit package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, along with a 401(k) savings plan with company match.\nCompetitive compensation that includes bonus opportunities.\nWork-life balance supported through 10 company-paid holidays, paid time off, paid parental leave, and employee assistance programs supporting financial, mental, physical health, and well-being.\nOn-site amenities such as a cafeteria, gym, health clinic, and ergonomic support to foster a convenient and health-conscious workplace environment.\nHow do you apply?\nTo apply, we kindly ask you to upload your documents on our career page.
