They collaborate with various departments within Endsight to support clients in utilizing, maintaining, and implementing IT solutions. CSMs prioritize client satisfaction by thoroughly understanding and addressing IT needs, fostering strong professional relationships, and managing accounts with efficiency and effectiveness.\nSkills, Knowledge and Expertise\nOur ideal candidate possesses a high-level of emotional intelligence (EQ), enabling them to build strong and lasting client relationships. They excel in overcoming objections and have the ability to reframe situations as needed to achieve positive outcomes with clients. Additionally, they should have strong knowledge of cloud and infrastructure technologies to effectively guide clients in leveraging these solutions.\nQualifications Required:\n2 years of experience in any of the following roles: Technical Account Management, High- level of IT Consulting, vCIO, IT Director or IT Management experience\nExperience with IT budgeting and technology roadmap development\nExperience in presenting to C-level executives\nExperience with ROI analysis\nAbility to translate technical concepts into business terms\nStrong knowledge of Cloud and Infrastructure technologies\nStrong aptitude for Customer Service \nExcellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills\nAbility to adapt quickly to new technologies and changing business requirements\nAble and willing to collaborate as part of a team in various roles\nRespond to emergency situations effectively, maintaining poise and focus\nAbility to organize and manage multiple priorities\nLOCATION: This is a hybrid role, the ideal candidate will live within commutable proximity of our Napa Office and assigned client base, requiring a blend of in-office presence, onsite client meetings, and remote check-ins to ensure comprehensive support and engagement. \n Qualifications Preferred:\nBachelor's degree (in a related field) or equivalent experience\nPrevious MSP experience is strongly preferred \nPrior experience with GRC (HIPAA, PCI, CMMC, etc) desirable\nKnowledge of CIS, NIST or other security frameworks helpful\nYou will be working with the following
