This role serves as the lead engineer on infrastructure projects, working across on-premises and cloud environments while providing advanced technical support and consulting. \nEmployment Type: Direct Hire\nLocation: Varied \nWork Arrangement: Hybrid/remote with up to 50% of travel to client sites\nKey Responsibilities\nLead implementation and migration projects involving servers, networking, cloud platforms, and end-user technologies.\nDeploy, configure, and support Microsoft technologies including Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure, virtualization, backup/recovery, and security solutions.\nTroubleshoot and resolve escalated infrastructure, network, and systems issues.\nCreate technical documentation, diagrams, and project deliverables while adhering to industry best practices.\nCollaborate with project managers, technical teams, vendors, and clients to ensure successful project outcomes.\nRequirements\n7+ years of experience supporting and implementing IT infrastructure solutions.\nManaged services/consulting experience strongly preferred \nStrong knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure, virtualization, networking, firewalls, wireless technologies, backup/recovery, and IT security frameworks.\nExperience with cloud migrations, infrastructure upgrades, and technology modernization initiatives.\nExcellent troubleshooting, communication, and client-facing skills.\nMicrosoft, VMware, Aruba, or SonicWall certifications are a plus\nAbout Us: \nEndurance IT Services provides Managed IT Services, Cybersecurity\nSolutions, Network Infrastructure, and IT Consulting to help\nbusinesses stay secure, connected, and productive.
