The ideal candidate is a motivated problem-solver who enjoys helping others and can effectively support a wide range of technology environments.\nWork Arrangement: 100% onsite in Hampton, VA\nShift: 2pm-11pm\nKey Responsibilities\nProvide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support via phone, remote access, walk-up, and onsite assistance.\nTroubleshoot and resolve issues related to computers, operating systems, software, printers, peripherals, and network connectivity.\nRespond to Help Desk incidents and service requests, documenting resolutions and escalating issues when necessary.\nInstall, configure, deploy, and support approved hardware and software solutions.\nAssist users with account access, password resets, authentication, and connectivity issues.\nSupport technology needs across offices, classrooms, labs, and other user environments.\nMaintain accurate asset inventory records and assist with equipment deployments, refreshes, and replacements.\nCreate and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.\nCollaborate with internal IT teams on projects, deployments, and service improvement initiatives.\nFollow established IT, cybersecurity, and data protection policies while delivering exceptional customer service.\nRequirements\nAssociate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.\nExperience providing help desk, desktop support, or end-user technical support.\nWorking knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, computer hardware, printers, peripherals, and basic networking concepts.\nStrong troubleshooting, communication, customer service, and organizational skills.\nAbility to prioritize workload, document technical issues, and work independently or collaboratively within a team environment.\n Preferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.\nExperience working in a Help Desk, Service Desk, or technical support environment.\nExperience with IT ticketing or IT Service Management (ITSM) platforms.\nCompTIA, Microsoft, ITIL, or related industry certifications.\nBenefits\nPTO\nHealth Insurance \nVision & Dental \nLife Insurance \n401K Participation & Match \nAbout Us: \nEndurance IT Services provides Managed IT Services, Cybersecurity\nSolutions, Network Infrastructure, and IT Consulting to help\nbusinesses stay secure, connected, and productive.
