Endurance is growing! We are looking for an Infrastructure Engineer in Virginia Beach to join our service team responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting modern infrastructure solutions for a diverse client base. This role serves as the lead engineer on infrastructure projects, working across on-premises and cloud environments while providing advanced technical support and consulting. Employment Type: Direct Hire Location: Varied Work Arrangement: Hybrid/remote with up to 50% of travel to client sites Key Responsibilities Lead implementation and migration projects involving servers, networking, cloud platforms, and end-user technologies. Deploy, configure, and support Microsoft technologies including Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure, virtualization, backup/recovery, and security solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve escalated infrastructure, network, and systems issues. Create technical documentation, diagrams, and project deliverables while adhering to industry best practices.
