{"id":2959947,"url":"https://alion.io/job/endurance-lift-quality-control-inspector","title":"Quality Control Inspector","company":{"id":3791844,"name":"Endurance Lift","domain":"endurancelift.com","url":"https://alion.io/company/endurancelift","size_band":"1001-5000","is_staffing_agency":false,"employer_type":"direct","is_intermediary":false,"listed_via":null,"ats_vendor":"Paylocity","truth_index":null},"role":"Industrial Engineering","role_family":"Industrial Engineering","seniority":"middle","employment_type":null,"work_mode":"on_site","remote_scope":null,"remote_scope_basis":null,"remote_working_hours":null,"hiring_geo_confidence":"structured","locations":["Tulsa, United States"],"countries":["US"],"hiring_countries":[],"hiring_countries_total":0,"salary":null,"salary_estimate":{"min_usd":65000,"max_usd":118000,"period":"year","method":"role_seniority_country_remote_cell","sample_n":4330},"experience_years_min":3,"visa_sponsorship":false,"relocation_package":false,"has_equity":false,"technologies":[{"name":"Jaeger","optional":false}],"status":"live","first_seen_at":"2026-10-20T18:48:40Z","employer_posted_date":"2026-10-20","last_verified_at":"2026-11-01T10:17:07Z","board_verified":true,"closed_at":null,"days_open":11,"trust":{"level":"ok","repost_count":null,"flags":[],"days_open":11},"description":"Description\nSUMMARY\nAssure that products sent to our customers are in conformance to requirements by performing inspection duties that include, but are not limited to: dimensional verification of components and assemblies, verification of quality documentation, witness of product testing, visual examination of product, technical assistance to outside suppliers, engineering and operations, and working with customer inspectors.\nESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES\nPerforms Final inspections of Manufactured product.\nUnderstand and comply with all safety, environmental, quality, and ELS Company Policies.\nMust know and understand the Quality Policy and comply with all requirements of the Quality System Manual, Operating and Technical Procedures, and Work Instructions.\nLog and generate scrap, NCR and other departmental reports for analyzation.\nInspect process and paperwork on the production floor to ensure procedural standards are being followed.\nEnsure all working gages on the production floor are properly tagged, and in good condition.\nPerforms functional tests on piece parts.\nPerforms inspection of assemblies.\nPerform Visual Inspection of components and assemblies in accordance with applicable documents.\nVarious other Quality related duties as assigned by supervisor.\nRequirements\nEDUCATION/EXPERIENCE\nHigh school diploma or GED required, and a minimum of three years work related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.\nKNOWLEDGE\nFamiliar with, and knowledgeable in the use of, the typical measuring tools used for mechanical inspection such as dial calipers, micrometers, hardness testers, optical contour projector, hard gauges, and Gagemaker Mic-Trac system. \nFamiliar with current health, safety & environmental (HSE) training as per division training matrix Knowledge of relevant equipment, policies, procedures, and strategies to promote safe operations\nKnowledge of computer hardware and software such as Microsoft Word and Excel, including programming used for Quality Control and Inspection activities.\nEthical business practices\nApplicable PPE required to complete assigned tasks\nMust have a working knowledge of high school mathematics including algebra and trigonometry. \nFamiliar with Quality Systems and requirements \nSKILLS\nMust be detail oriented.\nReading and understanding specifications and other work related documents\nIdentifying problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and recommend solutions\nUsing logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems\nConducting tests and inspections of products, services, or processes to evaluate quality or performance\nMust be able to read, interpret, and work from blueprints, drawings, schematics, diagrams, sketches, and / or specifications\nABILITIES\nAbility to safely operate, and maintain the equipment used in the daily performance of their activities\nAbility to understand and carry out routine oral and written instructions\nAbility to maintain effective working relationships with other employees \nAble to work with colleagues in creating a team working environment. \nAbility to tell when something is wrong or is likely to go wrong.
