This role supports the transition of the program into a DoD Program of Record and aligns program objectives with DoD acquisition frameworks.\nJob Description\nThe Business Process Engineer is responsible for analyzing and improving business processes and workflows.\nThe position requires developing documentation and recommendations for operational efficiency.\nEngineers will support transition of the program into a DoD Program of Record.\nThe role includes aligning program objectives with DoD acquisition frameworks.\nRequired Qualifications and Experience\nThe contractor shall provide personnel who meet one of the following requirements:\nBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Systems Engineering, or a related field; or\nA minimum of five (5) years of professional experience in business process engineering.\nCandidates must have demonstrated experience in the following areas:\nProcess improvement methodologies and workflow optimization.\nDeveloping requirements traceability matrices and capability development documentation.\nAligning program objectives with DoD acquisition frameworks.\nSupporting DoD Program of Record transitions.\nStakeholder coordination and documentation development.\nRequired Skills and Competencies\nExpertise in process improvement methodologies and workflow optimization.\nWorking knowledge of DoD acquisition frameworks and JCIDS processes.\nProficiency in developing requirements traceability matrices and capability documentation.\nStrong analytical and documentation skills.\nAbility to support program transitions and governance alignment.\nEducation\nBachelor's degree in a relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.\nLean Six Certification (Preferred, Not Required)\nPMP (Preferred, Not Required)\nKM Certification (Preferred, Not Required)\nCBAP (Preferred, Not Required)\nClearance Requirement\nNo clearance required for off-site duty location, or the ability to obtain and maintain the required clearance as specified by the program.\nEndurion complies with all Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) requirements.
