Team members join a culture that values adaptability, operational excellence, and innovation in support of critical national security objectives.\nCommunity Resource Coordinator (CRC)\nLocation: JEB Little Creek, VA\nClearance required: Secret\nSummary\nPlans, integrates and oversees family and community support programs across the SOF enterprise, identifies service gaps, and builds relationships with internal and external support agencies to strengthen the resilience of the unit's force and families.\nResponsibilities\nOrganize and oversee peer support networks for assigned commands.\nRecruit active-duty and family-member peer support counselors; ensure they are vetted and trained to USSOCOM CRC standards.\nCollect and report data to evaluate peer support and community-based programs.\nIdentify and document program/service needs; develop needs-based programming for specific demographic groups and locations.\nConduct or support family orientation, outreach and referrals, pre-/post-deployment preparation and reintegration, and family and single-member enhancement activities.\nSupport unit career transition programs, suicide prevention and cognitive agility training.\nMaintain extensive knowledge of DoW resources (Military OneSource, MFLC, personal financial counselors, Military Crisis Line).\nSupport command liaison and communications functions under government direction.\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in education, human/social services or related field, OR 4 years' experience (volunteer experience counts) in social service education or work/family life consultation or coordination.\nHave, or be willing to receive, specialized training in peer support counseling, community resources and referrals, and suicide prevention.\nRequired Minimum Experience\nNo minimum years of experience stated in the SOW.\nAdditional Requirements\nProficiency with Microsoft Office.\nDocument all encounters in HPDMS per USSOCOM Directive 10-12.\nFor embedded field positions, where the task order requires: meet SOF training physical demands (hiking rough terrain, austere environments, aircraft and watercraft) and lift up to 25 kg.\nMaintain 100% compliance with local mandatory command training.\nEndurion complies with all Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) requirements.
