This role creates environment-specific Kubernetes configuration packages with STIG-aligned hardening.\nJob Description\nThe DevOps Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing CI/CD pipelines and automating infrastructure management.\nThe position requires creating and maintaining environment-specific Kubernetes configuration packages with STIG-aligned hardening and RBAC enforcement.\nEngineers will implement secrets injection strategies using FedRAMP-compliant tools (AWS Secrets Manager, Azure Key Vault).\nThe role includes integrating CI/CD pipelines for secure automated deployment and rollback of ArcGIS components.\nRequired Qualifications and Experience\nThe contractor shall provide personnel who meet one of the following requirements:\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; or\nA minimum of five (5) years of professional experience in DevOps engineering.\nCandidates must have demonstrated experience in the following areas:\nDeploying and managing Kubernetes clusters.\nAutomating cloud infrastructure.\nImplementing secure, high-availability CI/CD pipelines.\nWorking with microservices architecture and service mesh technologies (Istio, Linkerd).\nUtilizing observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).\nRequired Skills and Competencies\nExpertise in Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, Ansible, and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps, AWS CodePipeline).\nWorking knowledge of microservices architecture and service mesh technologies.\nProficiency in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and security best practices.\nStrong understanding of monitoring/logging solutions (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).\nAbility to implement STIG-aligned hardening and RBAC enforcement.\nEducation\nBachelor's degree in a relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.\nCertified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) (Preferred, Not Required)\nAWS Certified DevOps Engineer - Professional (Preferred, Not Required)\nMicrosoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert (Preferred, Not Required)\nClearance Requirement\nNo clearance required for off-site duty location, or the ability to obtain and maintain the required clearance as specified by the program\nEndurion complies with all Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) requirements.
