Team members join a culture that values adaptability, operational excellence, and innovation in support of critical national security objectives.\nEngagement Coordinator\nSpathe Systems dba Endurion is seeking an Engagement Coordinator for the Joint Special Operations University (JSOU) mission in support of United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM).\nEndurion is looking for a qualified person to support our multi-year contract with the Joint Special Operations University (JSOU) mission in support of USSOCOM. As an Engagement Coordinator, support the Senior Engagement Coordinator, PM, Task Lead, and other JSOU staff and faculty by engaging and communicating on behalf and as part of JSOU’s strategic efforts with emphasis on military studies.\nClearance: TOP SECRET clearance required; SCI eligible\nRequirements:\nPlan and coordinate assigned JSOU in-resident and/or virtual engagement events and activities up to the Secret level.\nUpdate weekly department status reports of assigned project.\nPlan and coordinate learning material to in-resident and virtual audiences of JSOU events and activities up to and including Secret.\nPrepare and conduct staff actions for assigned engagement events, activities, and products.\nCreate and/or maintain JSOU leadership, staff, and faculty accessible database(s) of SOF education events, speakers, and assigned engagement and activity history.\nPlan, perform, and coordinate Defense Travel System (DTS) administrative actions as either an ODTA or reviewer.\nAssist with JSOU strategic engagement plan (e.g., engagement objective, means, methods, events, and activities) - focusing on Academic Partnerships, Talent, Social Media Plan, Logistics, Services, and Communications.\nCoordinate with SMEs across the USSOCOM enterprise, academic partners, and industry to identify guest speakers for special operations learning content.\nPrepare, create, and edit marketing products for assigned engagement events.\nAssist Strategic Communications program to develop engaging social media content.\nCreate agendas invitations, presentations, and social media releases for assigned engagement events.\nAssemble, review, and present assigned engagement events up to and including TS/SCI material\nEstablish and maintain associated plans, contacts, checklist, records, products and costs for assigned engagement events and activities a comprehensive turnover files/binder\nAuthor, edit, and review agendas and facilitate collaborative meetings in a physical or virtual environment(s) to coordinate applicable processes and procedures for supporting JSOU engagement events.\nCollect, analyze, and assess data to recommend resource requirements to support JSOU activities.\nDevelop after action reviews and reports on JSOU’s engagements to aid in decisions to improve efficiency, quality, and effectiveness of the university.\nParticipate in applicable university meetings, events, and activities as required.\nCoordinate logistics and support services with internal and external entities in support of JSOU events.\nQualifications:\nMA/MS Degree in any field. Degree must be from a regionally accredited U.S. college/university or internationally recognized college/university.\n5 years’ DoD experience (military, civilian, or Government contractor).\n2 years’ Major Command or higher directorate level action officer (Mil/GS/CTR).\nExceptional written and oral communication skills.\nExperience working remotely and with collaborative tools (e.g., MS Office 365; Teams) Video conferencing platforms (e.g., Adobe Connect, Blue Jeans, Zoom, and/or Teams), and social media (e.g., YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).\nAbility to operate a government owned vehicle up to small bus or civilian passenger vans (15 pax).\nAbility to move parcels in excess of 40 lbs.\nWork Location:\nJSOU Campus, MacDill AFB, FL\nTravel:\nTravel may be required to various CONUS and OCONUS locations, including hazardous sites.
