We compare with the best version of ourselves\n\nWhat is the role?\nEnduroSat is looking for a Manager of Integration, reporting to the VP of Manufacturing and Test, to lead the integration of satellite subsystems into complete flight-ready spacecraft. This is a full-time, exempt, on-site position based in our Gardena, CA facility.\nSome of your daily tasks will include:\nLead the Integration team, overseeing subsystem-level and full-vehicle integration builds and functional testing\nCollaborate with design teams on manufacturability and integration approach for structures, avionics, and payload subsystems\nOwn and coordinate Bill of Materials for integrated assemblies\nSupport Responsible Engineers with failure analysis, troubleshooting, and root cause investigations\nOptimize integration processes for efficiency, quality, and cost\nCreate and maintain integration plans, procedures, and work instructions\nWork with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality components; review and approve supplier processes\nPerform hands-on integration and testing per engineering specifications\nParticipate in design reviews, contributing input on integration feasibility and reliability\nPartner with quality assurance to establish rigorous quality control processes\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives across the integration line\nMeet production schedules while adapting to shifting priorities in a fast-moving environment\nWhat do we look for?\nTrack record leading a high-performing integration team in aerospace or a related field\nBachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field\n7+ years in manufacturing/integration engineering, with 3+ years in a leadership role\nExperience working within a quality system such as AS9100 or ISO9001\n3+ years managing, mentoring, and developing a team\nStrong understanding of spacecraft integration, electromechanical assembly, and test techniques\nCAD experience (e.g., Siemens NX) for design review\nExperience authoring integration documentation (SOPs, work orders)\nFamiliarity with IPC and related aerospace standards\nStrong root-cause problem-solving skills\nHands-on integration and test experience across multiple subsystems\nKnowledge of lean manufacturing / Six Sigma\nAdditional RequirementsWillingness to work overtime or weekends to support critical milestones\nAbility to lift up to 25 lbs unassisted\nWhy EnduroSat?\nFast-paced and delivery-focused cultureWe work with well-defined quarterly based objectives, that allow us to fast-track the progression of our work and improve as we go\n\nTough engineering challenges & hard-core R&DYou will be able to work on unique space technology and build next-gen innovations, while mentored by world-recognized space experts\n\nConstant learning and progressionOwn your personal growth by navigating through our career progression framework and educational programs\n\nChance to join our space educational programMeet international space experts and improve your knowledge and skillset with our hands-on educational program\n\nWhat do we offer?\nHealth insurance coverage \nMatching 401k plan \nGenerous team performance-based bonus \nCollaboration with EnduroSat offices in Europe \nSalary range: $210,000 - $230,000 per year.
