We compare with the best version of ourselves\n\nWhat is the role?\nAs a Radiation Engineer at EnduroSat, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and durability of our Space systems. You will work on existing missions by conducting radiation analyses on ongoing projects. Additionally, as our missions become increasingly complex, involving satellite deployments to environments with more challenging radiation conditions, you will proactively plan and implement strategies to enhance radiation resilience. Your expertise will contribute to the success of groundbreaking missions that push the boundaries of Space exploration.\nSome of your daily tasks will include:\nConducting radiation analyses on new and ongoing satellite projects\nCarrying out simulations, radiation tests research, and customer report presentation\nPreparing and carrying out radiation tests (TID & SEE)\nMaintaining EnduroSat’s list of EEE components up to date with the latest test information\nCommunicating with customers on the environmental challenges of their mission\nWhat do we look for?\nComprehensive understanding of sources and effects of radiation on EEE devices\nFamiliarity with radiation simulation tools (OMERE, SPENVIS, FasTrad, NOVICE)\nKnowledge of electronics systems, sufficient to prepare and carry out PCBA and EEE components tests\nOpen to knowledge sharing\nUnderstanding the importance of last-mile delivery\nQuick learner, proactive, self-starter\nExcellent communication skills and a positive attitude\nPassionate about Space\nHow to stand out?\nYou’re a problem solver: our missions are fast-paced, and meticulous testing of every single EEE component is not the goal.
