You'll work on a complex two-sided marketplace where buyer and seller dynamics create genuinely hard design problems and you'll have the autonomy and tooling to solve them fast.\nResponsibilities\nOwn end-to-end discovery and delivery for marketplace features within your product pod \n\nUse AI tools to compress research and synthesis cycles - turning user interviews, session data, and analytics into insights in hours, not weeks\n\nProduce engineer-ready handoff specs using AI-assisted documentation and near-code prototyping (e.g. Claude Code/Design)\n\nRedesign and elevate core marketplace journeys: discovery, evaluation, checkout, payments, and trust\n\nDesign and iterate on experiments with measurable business outcomes, conversion, retention, GMV\n\nPartner with PMs and engineers in a fast-moving pod with high autonomy and short feedback loops\n\nRaise the bar for craft and design quality across the product organisation\n\nRequirements\nActive AI fluency - you already use AI for research synthesis, writing design specs, exploring interaction directions, or prototyping.
