You'll own content from ideation through optimization, using SEO, AI-powered tools, and performance insights to create articles that drive both traffic and business impact.\nThis is a team for people who enjoy taking ownership, moving quickly, experimenting with new ideas, and continuously improving the performance of their content.\nResponsibilities\nOwn content pieces end-to-end, from writing and editing through coordinating supporting visuals and research.\n\nRefresh and optimize existing content to improve organic traffic, rankings, engagement, and commercial performance.\n\nTake ownership of specific content pages and their KPIs, using data to continuously improve results.\n\nProduce high-quality SEO content at scale while maintaining exceptional editorial standards.\n\nEnsure all content is accurate, fact-checked, well-structured, and aligned with SEO best practices.\n\nMaintain and update \"source of truth\" documentation, validating facts, statistics, and references.\n\nCollaborate closely with SEO specialists, designers, and other stakeholders to maximize content performance.\n\nTest new content formats, optimization approaches, and editorial guidelines, measuring their impact and sharing learnings with the team.\n\nLeverage AI tools responsibly to improve content quality, efficiency, and production speed.\n\nTake ownership of your assigned content verticals, treating them like your own business and proactively identifying growth opportunities.\n\nRequirements\nExceptional written English with excellent grammar and attention to detail.\n\nProven experience writing or editing SEO-driven content.\n\nStrong understanding of how content contributes to business growth, traffic, and revenue.\n\nComfortable working with content performance metrics and making data-informed decisions.\n\nExcellent research, fact-checking, and analytical skills.\n\nExperience working with AI writing and editing tools (such as Claude, Gemini, or similar) is a strong advantage.\n\nAbility to manage multiple content pieces simultaneously while maintaining quality.\n\nComfortable working in a fast-paced, high-output
