Or Payments & Risk, where we provide a smooth, secure, and reliable purchase experience.\nAs a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will be responsible for providing analytical insights and reporting to support decision-making within the company. You will work closely with the product teams and other departments to analyze payments-related data, manage complex data sources, automate data processes, and provide insights into business performance. This is a critical role in our organization, as the insights and recommendations you provide will inform key strategic decisions that drive our growth and success.\nResponsibilities\nLead data collection and integration projects within the payments domain.\n\nDevelop and maintain performance reports for payments analytics.\n\nMonitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights into payment performance, transaction volumes, and other indicators.\n\nIdentify opportunities to optimize payment processes and reduce operational costs, working with Payment Ops and Product teams to optimize payment routing and reduce payment failures.\n\nCollaborate with data analysts and engineers to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.\n\nCollaborate with other teams, such as Finance, Customer Support, and Product Development, to address payment-related challenges and opportunities.\n\nPerform ad-hoc analysis and research to answer specific business questions and support decision-making.\n\nRequirements\n1-3 years of experience in business analytics in finance, banking, consulting, accounting, or similar sectors. Exposure to payments data (PSP, acquiring, or risk systems) is a strong plus.\n\nWorking knowledge of the payments stack is a strong plus.\n\nAdvanced SQL, with an ambition to improve.\n\nStrong quantitative and analytical skills.\n\nAbility to identify and suggest improvements in the payments domain by analyzing transactional, business, and market data.\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and translate data findings into actionable recommendations, especially for non-technical stakeholders. Precise and well-structured when delivering analyses and reports.\n\nNice to have\nAbility to independently build structured dashboards (Databricks, Tableau, or similar BI tools).\n\nExperience building AI-powered refreshable/scheduled reports. Salary ranges may vary.
