Join us as we continue to scale, diversify our portfolio, and grow with the evolving community of gamers.\nAbout Your Team\nAs an FP&A Analyst, you will support all aspects of financial planning, analysis and reporting. You will work closely with the finance team and other departments to report on and analyze financial and operational data, support budgets, forecasts and monthly reports, and track and report on the profitability of company projects. You will help build the reporting system and finance tools, providing financial insights and analysis to support decision-making and ensure the financial health of the company.\nResponsibilities\nSupport budget and financial forecast preparation: collaborate with other departments to collect their inputs and aggregate the data into a financial model.\n\nPrepare monthly reporting: compare actuals with budget and forecast, analyze variances and prepare management reports.\n\nAnalyze company financial and operational data (e.g. revenues, costs, profitability of projects) and prepare reports about the company’s performance.\n\nPerform periodic cost analysis and financial controls to identify savings opportunities and inconsistencies.\n\nAnalyze and reconcile data across departments and sources to establish a single source of truth for key metrics.\n\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to drive optimization and automatization of financial reporting and control procedures.\n\nSupport the implementation and management of the finance ecosystem, including tools, processes, the FP&A platform and the data structure.\n\nRequirements\n3+ years’ experience as a financial controller, consulting or similar (a start-up or e-commerce environment experience would be good to have)\n\nBSc or MSc in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics or similar.\n\nAI-driven mindset, with experience using AI tools (e.g., Claude AI, Gemini, etc.) in daily work to improve efficiency and automate tasks.\n\nHigh attention to detail -
