You'll get to explore the broader world of People Operations, from onboarding and employee experience to improving the processes that keep our People team running smoothly.\nIt's a role where recruitment meets operations, where no two seasons look quite the same, and where you'll have plenty of room to take ownership, bring ideas to life, and grow.\nAbout You\nYou are highly organized, proactive and enjoy owning processes from beginning to end.\nYou are comfortable speaking with candidates, conducting structured interviews and making decisions about who should progress through the hiring process. At the same time, you enjoy the operational side of People work - coordinating stakeholders, keeping systems accurate and making sure things happen when they should.\nYou are particularly interested in early-career talent and enjoy identifying potential in candidates who may not yet have extensive professional experience.\nYou take ownership, follow through and are comfortable chasing stakeholders when something needs to move forward.\nWhat You’ll Do\nOwn Eneba’s internship hiring program end-to-end, from opening roles through successful hires and onboarding.\n\nPartner with hiring managers to understand internship needs, hiring plans and candidate profiles.\n\nCreate and publish internship vacancies across relevant channels.\n\nReview applications and identify candidates who meet the required criteria.\n\nConduct structured first-stage interviews with internship candidates.\n\nAssess motivation, communication, potential, role fit and overall candidate quality.\n\nMaintain a consistent quality bar and ensure only suitable candidates progress to hiring managers.\n\nCoordinate interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process.\n\nEnsure hiring managers provide timely feedback and keep processes moving.\n\nMaintain accurate candidate information and hiring stages in our ATS.\n\nTrack internship hiring pipelines, conversion rates, candidate quality and other relevant hiring metrics.\n\nIdentify bottlenecks and recommend improvements to sourcing, assessment and the overall internship hiring process.\n\nCoordinate internship offers, preboarding and handover into onboarding.\n\nBuild strong candidate experiences throughout the internship recruitment process.\n\nSupport onboarding activities for new employees, including schedules, documentation, equipment and internal coordination.\n\nSupport employee data administration and other People Operations activities when internship hiring demand is lower.\n\nHelp maintain People documentation, trackers and internal process guides.\n\nSupport additional People projects depending on team priorities and capacity.\n\nWhat You’ll Bring\nExperience in recruitment, People Operations, HR, talent coordination, project coordination or another people-facing role.\n\nConfidence conducting structured candidate interviews and making first-stage assessment decisions.\n\nStrong judgment when evaluating junior or early-career talent.\n\nAbility to recognize potential beyond simply looking at years of experience.\n\nStrong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple candidates, stakeholders and deadlines simultaneously.\n\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills.\n\nAbility to balance a positive candidate experience with maintaining a high hiring bar.\n\nHigh attention to detail and comfort working with ATS, HR systems, trackers and data.\n\nA proactive mindset and strong sense of ownership.\n\nAbility to spot when something is stuck and take action to move it forward.\n\nComfortable working in a fast-moving environment where workload can fluctuate throughout the year.\n\nInterest in developing a broader career within People Operations and Talent Acquisition.\n\nFluent English.\nSalary\n21600-28800€/yearly gross\nPlease attach your CV in English.\n\nTo find out how we handle your personal data, make sure to check out our Candidate Privacy Notice.\n\nWhat it’s like to work at Eneba\nOpportunity to join our Employee Stock Options program.\n\nOpportunity to help scale a unique product.\n\nVarious bonus systems: performance-based, referral, additional paid leave and personal learning budget.\n\nPaid volunteering opportunities.\n\nWork location of your choice: office, remote, with opportunities to work and travel.\n\nPersonal and professional growth supported by well-defined feedback and promotion processes.\n\nWe may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses and identifying potential inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials based on available information.
