We're looking for a designer who doesn't just use AI tools but thinks in them: running research synthesis with AI, accelerating prototyping cycles, and producing handoff-ready specs that engineers can move on immediately.\nWe’re looking for a Product Manager to be the product partner for our Marketing/User Acquisition and Commerce teams.\nThis role is ideal for a PM who has shipped a lot for demanding commercial stakeholders and is comfortable giving them a data-grounded no. It’s an enabler seat. Marketing and Commerce lead discovery and strategy, and you make sure the right problems reach the product team in the right shape and then land on time.\nWhat you’ll do\nGo looking for problems before they become tickets. Talk to Marketing, Commerce and back-office users, shadow how they work, and spot friction early.\n\nRun a single front door for Marketing/UA and Commerce requests, in one backlog everyone can see.\n\nDig past reported symptoms to the root cause, and turn unstructured asks into a clear problem statement and testable hypotheses.\n\nChallenge every ask before it reaches the team. Which metric moves, what’s the evidence, and is there a cheaper way, including not building it at all?\n\nSize impact against effort with stakeholders and engineering, then merge, reshape or decline low-value requests.\n\nRun one transparent ranking across both teams and defend the trade-offs openly.\n\nScope the smallest version that proves the value with design and engineering, with clear specs and acceptance criteria.\n\nOwn delivery end-to-end: unblock the team, manage dependencies and hold dates.\n\nKeep stakeholders informed about what’s in flight, what’s next and why something was deprioritised, so there are no surprises.\n\nDefine a success metric for every request, read out post-release impact against it, and feed the result into the next round of prioritisation.\n\nWhat you’ll bring\n5+ years as a PM shipping cross-team work on time with engineering and design for demanding business stakeholders.\n\nRoot-cause thinking, with concrete examples of turning a stakeholder’s stated solution into the real problem and a better fix.\n\nA track record of challenging stakeholder requests and redirecting effort towards higher-impact work.\n\nExperience prioritising competing demands from two or more business teams.\n\nProactive discovery habits: you find problems by talking to and shadowing internal users rather than waiting for tickets.\n\nOwnership of outcome metrics, not just output. You can give baseline, target and actual on requests you’ve personally shipped.\n\nAI-native ways of working.
